Youtube embed
- Go to the third icon in the top menu
- Click on Videos from the dropdown list
- You will see an album (your username)'s videos. Click it.
- Now you see: You have 0 Video(s) in this album. Click here to add more
- Click on Click here to add a video
- At choose uploader, select Embed from the dropdown list
- Paste a youtube video url. At youtube it is the link under URL in the right details box
- Edit the details: Title, Tags, Description, Categories - Click save

Upload
- Go to the third icon in the top menu
- Click on Videos from the dropdown list
- You will see an album (your username)'s videos. Click it.
- Now you see: You have 0 Video(s) in this album. Click here to add more
- Click on Click here to add a video
- Click Select to search an avi, flv, mpg, mp4, m4v, mov, divx, xvid or wmv on your computer. The upload will begin
- When the upload is completed, wait 2-3 seconds. A new screen will appear
- Edit the details: Title, Tags, Description, Categories - Click save

The last line is important as it makes it easier for other members to find your photo.
